Anyone here actually used an independent Infiniti workshop in Musaffah?

So I've been going back and forth on this for a couple of weeks now and figured I'd just ask here since I can't seem to make up my mind. My QX50 is coming up on 80,000 km and I know it needs a proper service, plus the brakes have been feeling a bit soft lately which is starting to worry me. I've been using the dealer since day one but honestly the last visit left a bad taste in my mouth. They kept the car for two days, charged me a fortune, and when I got it back the same little vibration I'd complained about was still there. What I'm trying to figure out is whether it's worth making the switch or if I should just suck it up and stick with the dealer for peace of mind. The thing is I'm not really a car person so I can't tell if a workshop is doing a good job or just saying they did. Has anyone here actually used them and can tell me what the experience was like, how they handled things, whether the pricing was fair, that sort of thing? I'd really appreciate hearing from someone who's been through it rather than just guessing based on a website.
