Need a good brake pad service in Al Quoz, any recommendations?

I'm due for new brake pads and the dealer quoted me a crazy amount so I'm looking for something more reasonable. I've been asking around but everyone just says go anywhere, which isn't helpful at all. I need an affordable brake pad service near Al Quoz that actually does good work and won't rip me off. Has anyone here used a place they'd recommend? I'm in Al Quoz so anything nearby would be ideal. Also how much should I expect to pay for front pads on a regular sedan? Just trying to avoid getting overcharged. Any advice would be appreciated.
