Anyone else's Maserati battery dying way too fast?

I'm starting to get really frustrated with my 2018 Levante and I'm wondering if this is a common issue or if there's something wrong with my particular car. I replaced the battery about 18 months ago, and already I'm starting to see the same symptoms that led to the last one failing. The car is taking longer to crank in the mornings, the interior lights seem dimmer than they should be, and I keep getting this "battery low" warning every few days even though I drive the car regularly. I called the place that replaced it and they said it should last at least three to four years, so I'm not sure if I got a bad battery or if there's something draining it that I'm not aware of. I've heard that Maseratis can have parasitic drains from some of the electronic systems if there's a software issue, but I don't really know how to check for that. I'm thinking maybe I should just take it to a proper specialist who understands these cars and have them do a full electrical system check rather than just throwing another battery at it and hoping for the best.
